A free Sandbox rate is available for you within 1 month after website installation — you will not be charged service payment during website setup configuration. When you start website commercial activity (first orders of your clients are placed on the website) it will be switched to a commercial rate (Call).
Invoicing for service payments, terms of payments, as well as restrictions on website operation in case of service payment non-payment are regulated by the Rules of OpenTrade Commerce services operation published on the page.
Note! Calling OpenTrade Commerce Platform services — for example, to display a list of categories, search for products, get information about a seller, view a product card, add a product to the cart, etc. — is called a call. From 1 to 4-5 requests can be sent from a page depending on your website customization. Number of calls (requests) doesn’t usually exceed 1 000 per day before you start website commercial activity. Description —
The fixed rate by the number of requests from the site to our services.
Service fee for maintenance is calculated based on calls number on your website and is charged in U.S. dollars. Payment is made at the internal exchange rate (the Central Bank rate + no more than 10%).

Note! Attention! If your balance reaches zero, you must top it up to continue operation; otherwise system restrictions will be applied automatically.
Note!
- With a zero balance of service payments paid methods for obtaining information are automatically disabled. At the same time, free API methods and website admin panel are still available to top up.
- Admin panel will be blocked after 14 days of zero balance.
- OT Box is automatically frozen unilaterally (ban key) if there is no prepayment within 21 days after reaching zero balance. To carry on working you need to contact OT staff and top up the balance.
Questions about debts or delays in payments are solved with OT Commerce managers in the Telegram chat of the project on an individual basis.
