Testing OT Box is a simple and reliable way to explore full functionality of online store and experience what it’s like to run it. Test version is identical to a real working store. You’ll be able to place a test order, log into admin panel and configure pricing, product catalog and delivery settings.

Testing is via Telegram. We’ll set up a personal group with our specialists, who will guide you, answer any questions about using OT Box and send you access details. In the chat, you’ll receive login credentials for the test website. Testing is free and has no time limits, allowing you to fully explore all features and see how convenient and user-friendly the store is.

Each client gets their own group with OT managers from various departments to assist with website setup and support. You can ask questions in the Telegram group at any time. Our team is ready to help, and we reply as soon as possible, even on weekends or outside of business hours.

You will need domain and hosting to install website. You will need to purchase domain yourself. Please note that words «taobao», «tmall», «yahoo», «alibaba», «hitao», «koubei», «etao», «alipay», and «tao» are prohibited in website name according to Taobao official policy.

You will also need to choose hosting for your website installation. You can either select our Responsible Hosting or find a third-party hosting provider that meets the following requirements:

Website installation speed depends on selected hosting. OT Box installation on our Responsive Hosting will take one business day, excluding application submission day. Site installation on third-party hosting takes 2-3 business days excluding application submission day.
